Attn: Photographers! It's time to gather your favorite dunes photos and enter the Dig the Dunes calendar contest.
Here’s the scoop: Each person may submit up to three photos. Photographs must be dunes inspired. That includes trails, wild life, beaches and monuments from NWI & SW Michigan. People can be in the photos, but no selfies please. We want to highlight the area’s beautiful surroundings. You can submit lo-res images, but if picked you will need to have a hi-res image available. If you do not have a hi-res image, you may be disqualified.
This part is important...you MUST let us know in which month you would like your photo entered. (it can be a different month for each photo.)
Winners will get their photo in our calendar, be featured in our social media, receive a free calendar and be invited to our Calendar Release Party.
You can submit your photos until 11:59pm on October 24, 2022.
Photos will go through 2 rounds of blind judging. Winners will be notified by October 31, 2022 and our Calendar Release party will be at Dig the Dunes Trail Stop (date TBD).
As always, 10% of calendar sales will go to Save the Dunes.
