Looking to get out on Lake Michigan? Look no further than Harbor Country Adventures in Michigan City, IN. Harbor Country Adventures, located on the dock near the Old Lighthouse Museum, offers tour boat rides, speed boat rides, kayak rentals and now WaveRunners!
Owner, Vic Tieri, started his company with limo rentals and brewery and winery tours several years ago. He soon added his tour boat, The Emita II. The boat runs 7 days a week, 3 times a day, including a sunset cruise which has live music every night. He plans to add his Saturday night party cruise after July 4. Harbor Country Adventures is closely following social distancing guidelines and is only running the boat at 50% capacity all season.
Seeing the need for people to get out on the lake on their own, Vic decided to add a fleet of kayaks, paddle boards and WaveRunners. Kayaks and paddle boards are $45 for 2 hours and the WaveRunners are $99/hourly. He also has several double kayaks available. Everything can be done online, including reservations, tickets and waivers.
