Family friendly, dog friendly and spacious, Haymarket Taproom is best known for their beer and pizza. Their pizzas are cooked with fresh ingredients in their wood-fire oven, located in the kitchen and viewable from the indoor dining area. They also serve salads, sandwiches, appetizers and even have a menu to cater to the kids.
The pizzas are delicious and pair perfectly with one of their brews.
At Haymarket you head up to the counter and place your order. You will receive a number to take to your table and someone will bring your food out to you. They do not accept tips, but if you feel the need to give some extra cash, there is usually a donation jar at the counter for a non-profit.
Haymarket has a no tip policy.
Along with their food choices they also have a wide selection of their own craft beers and ciders on tap. You can also take home their beer in howlers, growlers and cans. (and be sure to check out the cool gear!).
The patio is set up with bags, board games and live music on occasion.
Haymarket has a great beer garden (featured in our top 13 list), accessed through the garage style doors along the side of the brewery. The beer garden has a patio with picnic tables and Adirondack style chairs where you can enjoy your meal or just sit back and relax and enjoy the weather, beer and company. They also have board games and bags for some fun with friends and family.
Haymarket is a great spot to hang out, chill and enjoy a good meal and drinks!
