Summer has come to a close, but the fun is not over yet. Dig the Dunes has scheduled a number of classes at different locations throughout the dunes area for October and November. Take a look at these fun workshops and pick a spot or class that interests you. It's too early to hibernate for the winter. It's time to get out and enjoy fall and friends. All classes will be taught by Jenny Rusboldt.
Here are a few fun classes we have planned:
Wednesday October 26 - Halloween Brush & Brew at The Brewery Lodge in Michigan City. Paint a pumpkin and enjoy a cocktail or beer. This class is a traditional wine & canvas class. It's easy, but the painting is perfect for your Halloween decorations. Want more of a Thanksgiving twist? We can make that happen. More info and tickets here.
Thursday November 10 - Acrylic Paint Pour at Matey's in Michigan City. This popular class sold out at Trail Stop all winter. Fun and easy, everyone's painting is a little different. Mix your colors, and pour on your canvas. Jenny has perfected several methods, so if you've already done one class, come on back for another! More info and tickets here.
Tuesday November 15 - Wine Cork Workshop at The Red Door, Laporte. Wine lovers...come on out for this fun workshop that uses paints and wine corks. Experience LaPorte's newest restaurant, The Red Door, known for wood fired pizza, small plates and a wonderful selection of wine. More info and tickets here.
